As you guys may have heard, Habbo, has publicly announced it is opening an old school hotel to the public based on 2005 v9 source.

Watching the official Habbo X (formally Twitter) account on the days leading up seemed like they were dropping hints to something big. Considering it’s Habbo history month a lot of people over looked most of it. But Donnie Santini an old Habbo quest character was solely responsible for opening rifts throughout Habbo Hotel the start to the hints Habbo started to drop.

Then the biggest hint was dropped on the 16th of June showing Macklebee talking to Donnie Santini on the old Habbo console with date codes showing 13/06/2024

Where we are at currently, Habbo has publicly come out and stated they are releasing a new hotel by the name of Habbo Hotel: Origins will be an 18+ hotel, with fresh new accounts from day one, confirmed no gambling allowed.

Update 08/15/2024: Habbo Rereleased Battle Ball: Rebound (2008)

Includes an updated points system, free lobbies that don't count towards your rank. From what I can tell there are some bugs here and there but it works.

Update 08/19/2024: Ranked games for Battleball: Rebound are live on origins. From now until 11am UTC (2am PDT / 12pm BST) on 26/08 you will be tracked/ranked based on your scores and team scores.

The top 40 players from each hotel will be handsomely rewarded. Check out the prizes below:

  • 1st to 5th place: 1x Gold Dragon Lamp
  • 6th to 15th place: 1x Silver Dragon Lamp
  • 16th to 40th place: 1x Bronze Dragon Lamp
