I made a small little website that allows you to do B64/VL64 encoding, decoding and VL64 analyzing, just like you could with Nillus Packet Scout, but online. All code is made by me in collaboration with chatgpt (mainly for the style cuz I can't be arsed to style websites...). The encoding "classes" are ported from Kepler by me. The code isn't the best but, it should work fine.
In case there are any problems, let me know and I'll fix them ASAP.
In case screens are required, I'll have one screen where it shows every action being done
